How practice mode works
Choose one topic or mix all three. Questions are generated in your browser, so a new question uses different expressions, minterms or law transformations. Submit an answer for immediate feedback, use the hint for a small nudge, or reveal the worked solution.
Truth-table exercises
Complete an output signature in binary row order. This tests operator precedence and evaluation without requiring you to redraw the input columns. Beginner questions use two variables; higher levels introduce three or four variables and nested expressions.
Karnaugh-map exercises
Turn a set of minterms and optional don’t-cares into a minimum SOP expression. Equivalent minimum expressions are accepted even when their terms appear in a different order.
Boolean-law exercises
Identify the law that justifies one simplification step. These questions connect symbolic algebra to the transformations shown by the Boolean algebra simplifier.
Use hints without skipping the reasoning
A hint points to the next useful idea rather than displaying the final answer. After checking your attempt, compare your working with the solution and open the related calculator to explore the same type of problem in more detail.
